Holst Architecture Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Holst Architecture is a women-owned design studio of talented professionals led by partners Kim Wilson, Kevin Valk, Dave Otte, and Renée Strand. Since 1992, our skilled designers in the Central Eastside Industrial District of Portland have been creating innovative places tailored to each client's needs, while expressing the highest environmental, social, and aesthetic ideals. An employee shared his review on a social media forum, "Quick growth created difficult staffing situations and often expectations that did not match salary rates. Disconnection between ownership , upper level staff, and lower staff. Managment tottally sucks at communication. They need to focus more on work related issues versus trying to bring non-work culture into the office. Higher level staff should evaluate lower level staff and value the stronger employees better than they currently do. The company is in a descending motion now."
